- Admission Test (BS Electrical Engg, BSc Tech, BS Fine Art, M.Phil & PhD): August 16–17, 2023
Commencement of Classes: September 04, 2023
Scholarships
- Processing Fee: 700/- (Admission Fee) + Rs. 500/- (Entry Test Fee, if applicable).
- Scholarships Available: HEC Merit-Based Scholarships, HEC Need-Based Scholarships, and various other financial aid options are provided for regular (Morning) undergraduate and graduate students via the Student Financial Aid Office.
How to Apply?

- Submit the online application form.
- Generate and pay the online bank challan of 700/- for processing fee (and Rs. 500/- for the admission test where applicable).
- Hand-written or incomplete physical applications will not be accepted.
Important Information
- Eligibility Tests:
- MS/M.Phil candidates require a departmental test or GAT/NTS test (min. 60% marks). For LLM, GAT General/departmental test is required (Law GAT is not acceptable).
- D. candidates require a departmental subject test/GRE or HAT Scholarship test with min. 70% marks.
- Quotas: 1% seats reserved for Disabled Persons (Punjab), 2% for Religious Minorities, along with reserved seats for Gilgit/Baltistan, FATA, and Azad Kashmir.
- In-Service Candidates: Applicants working in Government, Semi-Government, or Private organizations must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC).
