Fee and Scholarships
- Application Processing Fee: Rs. 1000/- per program.
- Financial Support: Need-based and various other scholarships are offered.
How to Apply?
- Fill out the application online at the university website (www.uon.edu.pk).
- Pay an application processing fee of Rs. 1000/- for a single program via an automatically generated bank challan.
- If applying for multiple programs, pay an additional Rs. 1000/- per additional program using separate generated bank challans.
- Deposit processing fees at any branch of the Bank of Punjab across Pakistan.
- Upload the paid fee challan receipt to the designated section on the online portal.
- Admitted candidates must submit hard copies of their application, paid fee challan, and supporting documents to the admissions office to receive their semester fee challan.
Important Information
- Undergraduate Eligibility & Merit Criteria:
- Admission is based on 1st-Year Intermediate/Equivalent or 1st Two Years of relevant DAE.
- Merit calculation: 30% Matric weightage and 70% Intermediate weightage.
- Upper age limit is 24 years for male candidates and 25 years for female candidates (no age relaxation allowed).
- Candidates awaiting Part-II results (1st annual exam 2024) may apply if all Part-I subjects are passed.
- Graduate Eligibility & Merit Criteria:
- Merit calculation: 10% Matric, 20% Intermediate, 20% BA/BSc/Equivalent, and 50% MA/MSc/Equivalent (or 70% BS Years Program for candidates without BA/MA split).
- No upper age limit for graduate program applicants.
- Qualifications from O/A Level or foreign institutions require an IBCC equivalence certificate.
- General Guidelines:
- A minimum of 25 students is required to launch classes for any specific program track.
- Hostel seats are limited and allocated purely on merit.
- Incomplete applications will be rejected automatically.
- Campus Infrastructure:
- 808-kanal campus featuring 24/7 Wi-Fi, CCTV security, an in-house mosque, and cafeteria facilities.
- Transport network consisting of 10 university buses commuting from Zafarwal, Shakargarh, Baddomalhi, Narang, Pasrur, and Qila Kalar Wala (morning students only).
