Scholarships
Scholarships: HEC Merit-Based and HEC Need-Based scholarships, along with other financial assistance options, are available for regular (morning) undergraduate and graduate level students through the Student Financial Aid Office.
How to Apply?
- Apply online through the official GCUF website portal at [http://gcuf.edu.pk/admission](http://gcuf.edu.pk/admission).
- Generate and deposit the admission processing fee voucher of 700/- along with Rs. 500/- for the entrance/admission test (where applicable).
- Hard-written applications will not be received or entertained.
Eligibility Criteria
- BS Admissions: Granted strictly on merit based on 1st-year marks (no supply allowed) or FA/FSc/ICS/A-Level equivalent exams.
- MS/M.Phil: Departmental test or GAT/NTS test required with minimum 60% marks. For LLM, GAT General/departmental test is required (Law GAT not acceptable).
- D.: Departmental subject test / GRE subject test / HAT Scholarship test required with minimum 70% marks.
- Quotas: 1% seat for Disabled Persons (Punjab), 2% for Religious Minorities, 2% seats for Sports and Co-curricular activities in morning BS programs (except Pharm-D, BS Electrical Engineering, and LLM 5-Year), plus reserved seats for Gilgit/Baltistan, AJK, FATA, and Ex-FATA.
In-Service Candidates: Employed candidates must submit a “No Objection Certificate” (NOC) from their employer.
