Scholarships
- Scholarships Available: HONHAAR Scholarship, HEC Merit-based, HEC Need-based, PEEF, and other financial assistance programs are available for regular (morning) undergraduate and graduate students through the Student Financial Aid Office.
How to Apply?
- Visit the GCUF admission portal at [http://gcuf.edu.pk/admission](http://gcuf.edu.pk/admission).
- Fill out and submit the online application form.
- Pay the processing fee of 1000/- (and Rs. 500/- per admission test where applicable) via the generated bank challan.
- Applications are accepted strictly online; manual/hand-written forms will not be accepted.
Eligibility Criteria
- Test Requirements:
- Entry Test is mandatory for BS admissions (except Fine Arts where departmental test applies). Minimum 50% marks required.
- For BS Electrical Engineering and B.E. Tech programs, candidates with FSc Pre-Engineering, Pre-Medical, ICS, or relevant DAE are eligible.
- For MS/M.Phil, departmental test/GAT/NTS test with minimum 50% marks is required. For LLM, GAT General/departmental test is mandatory (Law GAT is not acceptable).
- For Ph.D., departmental subject test/GRE subject test/HAT test with minimum 50% marks is required.
- Class Timings:
- Morning: 08:00 AM to 02:00 PM
- Replica: 12:00 PM to 05:00 PM
- Evening: 04:00 PM onwards
- Quotas: 1% seat for Disabled Persons (Punjab), 2% for Religious Minorities, 2% seats for Sports and Co-curricular in morning BS programs (except Pharm-D, BS Electrical Engineering, and LLM 5-Year).
- In-Service Candidates: Must submit a “No Objection Certificate” (NOC) from their employer.
