- Online Admission Portal Opens: Tuesday, May 27, 2025
- Last Date to Apply: June 13, 2025
Fee & Scholarships
- Processing Fee: 1000/- (non-refundable) per subject via UBL branch challan.
- 100% Fee Scholarship: Available along with free hostel accommodation for BISE position holders (overall Top-3 positions).
How to Apply?
- Candidates can apply online at gcuonline.pk.
- Deposit the non-refundable application processing fee of 1000/- for each subject in any branch of UBL across Pakistan.
- Payment via mobile apps or UBL Omni is not acceptable.
- Hard copies or printouts of the admission form are not required to be submitted to any office of the university prior to the display of merit lists.
Shortlisted/on-merit candidates will be required to submit admission forms and copies of credentials only at the time of interviews/document verification in their respective departments.
Criteria & Eligibility
- Admission Basis: In pursuance of Government of Punjab Notification No. 2103/PA-DPIC dated 21-03-2024, admissions will be granted on the basis of Grade-XI (Intermediate Part-I) marks.
- Campus Locations: Admissions are offered at both the Main Campus (Katchery Road, Lahore) and the New Campus (Kala Shah Kaku / KSK).
- Provincial Reserved Seats: Candidates from other provinces/regions can apply through two methods (Note: these methods are not applicable to BSc Electrical Engineering):
- Method 1: Through Nomination (from Balochistan, AJK, Sindh, Gilgit-Baltistan).
- Method 2: Direct online application (Nomination from the Provincial Government of KPK, Ex-FATA is not required; merit for reserved seats will be determined per GCU Merit formula).
