Fee and Scholarships

Self-Support Fee Model: All MS, MPhil, MSc (Hons), and PhD programs are conducted under self-support.
Undergraduate Fee Deposit: Students admitted on self-support basis pay PKR 100,000 (one lac) per year in addition to the normal semester fee.
Reserved Seats: 10 seats in each program are reserved for admission on self-finance basis.
Scholarships: Financial support facilities are available through the university’s facilitation center and merit/need-based programs.

How to Apply?

Access Portal: Visit [https://admissions.su.edu.pk](https://admissions.su.edu.pk) starting November 18, 2025.
Account Registration: Create an account using your email address and active contact number.
Form Filling: Enter personal information and academic marks. Students awaiting 2nd-year (HSSC/A-Level) results can apply on a provisional basis using Part-I results.
Challan Payment: Generate and print the admission fee voucher and pay the processing fee at the designated bank branch.
Final Submission: Complete and submit your online application before December 15, 2025 (12:00 Mid-night).

Departmental Tests: Candidates applying for MS, MPhil, PhD, and Engineering programs must report to their respective departments at 09:00 AM on test dates. PhD applicants must bring a printed Statement of Purpose on their interview day.

Important Information

Hostel Facilities: On-campus boarding accommodation is available across 10 female and 5 male hostels (including Amna Hall, Ayesha Hall, Fatima Hall, Quaid-e-Azam Hall, and Iqbal Hall) providing housing, dining, sports, Wi-Fi, and 24-hour security.
Transport System: The university maintains a student bus fleet serving local city routes within a 30-km radius of Sargodha.
