Ghazi University (GU) DG Khan has announced Fall 2025 admissions for a wide range of BS, MS/MPhil, and PhD programs across multiple faculties. Applications are invited online through the university’s official admission system, with the last date for submission set as 04 July 2025.

- Admission Application Processing Fee:
- BS Programs: Rs. 1000/-
- Graduate Programs: Rs. 1500/-
- GU Departmental Test Fee: 1000/-
- Available Scholarships & Financial Assistance: Honhaar, HEC-Need Based, MORA, Ghazi University-Need Based/Merit Based, PEEF, BEEF, Benevolent Fund, Ehsas, Prime Minister’s Youth Laptop Scheme, Chief Minister’s Youth Laptop Scheme.
How to Apply?
- Submit the online admission application form through the official website: gudgk.edu.pk.
- Upload soft copies of required academic and personal documents along with the paid bank challan on the online portal.
Hard copies are not required at this stage.
Important Information
- Provisional BS Admission: Provisional admission is offered for BS 1st Semester on the basis of Intermediate Part-I (1st Year). Candidates must submit Intermediate Part-II final result immediately after declaration by BISE. First Come First Serve basis applies in all BS programs.
- Domicile & Open Merit: Only candidates with Punjab domicile can apply on Open Merit.
- Reserved Seats: 5 seats reserved for Self Finance in each degree program. Reserved seats exist for children of Ghazi University employees (Teaching & Non-Teaching), Shuhada, Overseas Pakistanis, Disabled, and Minorities. Reserve seats also exist for Tribal Areas of D.G. Khan, AJK, FATA, and Balochistan (candidates from AJK, FATA, and Balochistan must apply through their respective Government Departments).
- Age Limit: Maximum age limit for BS programs is 24 years (age relaxation subject to approval).
- Test Eligibility:
- MS/M.Phil./M.Sc.(Hons.) applicants need a minimum score of 50% in NTS GAT General or 50% in GU Test (2025).
- D. applicants need a minimum score of 60% in NTS GAT Subject or 60% in GU Test (2025).
- Candidates with valid NTS GAT result cards do not need to appear in the GU Test.
- University Rights: The university reserves the right to drop any degree program, and all admissions remain provisional until physical document verification.
