- GU Departmental Test (For M.Sc. Hons. / MS / M.Phil. / Ph.D.): January 30, 2024 at 10:00 AM (City Campus)
Fee & Scholarships
- Application Processing Fee: 800/-
- Departmental Test Fee: 1,000/-
- Scholarships Available: Need-based and merit-based financial assistance including PEEF, MORA, and HEC/USAID.
How to Apply?
- Fill out the online admission form available on the official website: gudgk.edu.pk.
- Upload soft copies of relevant academic and personal documents along with the paid bank challan.
- Hard copies are not required at the initial application stage.
- Applications are strictly accepted online.
Important Information
- Reserved Seats: 5 seats reserved for Self Finance in each degree program. Reserved seats also exist for Ghazi University employees’ children, Shuhada, Overseas Pakistanis, Disabled persons, Minorities, Nominees of Tribal Areas of D.G. Khan, AJK, FATA, and Balochistan.
- Domicile Eligibility: Candidates with Punjab domicile can apply on Open Merit.
- Entry Test Criteria: MS/M.Phil candidates need a minimum score of 50% in NTS GAT General or 60% in GU Departmental Test. Ph.D. candidates require 60% in NTS GAT Subject or 70% in GU Departmental Test. Valid NTS result holders do not need to take the university test.
- Age Limit: Maximum age limit for BS programs is 24 years (age relaxation subject to approval).
- Hostel Facility: Available for females only, subject to seat availability.
- Verification: Admissions remain provisional until original documents are verified. The university reserves the right to drop any program.
