- Admission Application Processing Fee:
- BS Programs: Rs. 1000/-
- Graduate Programs: Rs. 1500/-
- Ghazi University Admission Test Fee: 1,000/- (For M.Sc. Hons. / MS / M.Phil. / Ph.D.)
- Scholarships & Financial Aid Assistance: HONHAAR, HEC-Need Based, MORA, Ghazi University-Need Based/Merit Based, PEEF, BEEF, Benevolent Fund, Ehsas, Prime Minister’s Youth Laptop Scheme, Chief Minister’s Youth Laptop Scheme.
How to Apply?
- Submit online filled admission application form through the official portal: gudgk.edu.pk.
- Upload soft copies of relevant academic & personal documents, along with paid bank challan on the online admission portal.
- Alternatively, submit documents via WhatsApp to apply online using link/z7ex04 or scanning the provided QR code.
- Hard copies are not required at this stage.
Important Information
- Admission Basis: First Come First Serve in all BS Programs.
- Entry Test Requirements:
- MS / M.Phil. / M.Sc. (Hons.) applicants require a minimum score of 50% in NTS GAT General (valid till closing date) or 50% in GU Test (2026).
- D. applicants require a minimum score of 60% in NTS GAT Subject (valid till closing date) or 60% in GU Test (2026).
- Candidates with valid NTS GAT result cards do not need to appear in the GU Test. Only candidates with qualified tests will be considered for merit determination.
- Age Limit: Maximum age limit for BS programs is 24 Years (age relaxation subject to approval of competent authority).
- Provisional Admission: All admissions will remain provisional till verification of original documents.
- University Rights: University has the right to drop any degree program.
